Are you part of a group who’d like to have a trail to “call your own?”  Would you like to receive recognition for your trail stewardship?  If so, you may want to volunteer in the Adopt A Trail Program.

A partnership with the Redbird Management Group, Inc. and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources has been formed to offer volunteer opportunities to maintain, monitor and report on trails as well as promote and educate for motorized trail use in Indiana.  Volunteers must sign liability waivers and the adopting group must sign a statement of Non-discrimination. 

In exchange for agreeing to participate in an assigned trail or trail segment twice a year, your group will be recognized with an Adopt A Trail sign with your group name and posted at your adopted trail and the gate fee will be waived for your group on the volunteer day.
