D.I.R.T Discover Indiana Riding Trails

D.I.R.T.'s core mission is:

"To creating opportunities for responsible motorized trail and secondary road users in Indiana."

Yet, what does that really mean?

D.I.R.T.'s mission is broad and that is intentional. Yet, we are committed to it.

What is Discover Indiana Riding Trials (D.I.R.T.)?

  • Indiana’s statewide organization for all OHV issues.

What is the purpose of D.I.R.T. ?

  • Improve and create OHV (Off Highway Vehicle). and secondary road use opportunities within Indiana
  • Promote responsible OHV recreation.
  • Promote a positive public image of OHV recreation.
  • Build recognition and acceptance that OHV recreation is a positive activity and promotes a responsible lifestyle.
  • Provide and promote educational, safety, ethics and character building programs for all OHV enthusiasts.

We have several projects on our plate and we need your help to get the word out and to help make these projects a reality.

The projects are not small by any means.

  1. Improve and expand the Red Bird property in Dugger, In.
  2. Help the DNR expedite the opening of Inter Lake.
  3. Re-open and establish trails for OHV use in the Hoosier National Forest & the State forests.
  4. Establish OHV training programs through out Indiana.

These are only a few of the many projects/programs we are hoping you will help us with.

D.I.R.T. was created to help the Indiana OHV community expand and obtain more opportunities and we can't do this with out your help.

Please join us in our endeavors.
